Club History

Founded in 2006, Ventura County Fusion is an American soccer club based in Ventura, California, built on a vision to elevate the game across the region. In 2007, Fusion became the first club from Ventura County to compete in the Premier Development League (PDL)—now known as USL League Two—marking the beginning of a pathway-driven model that continues to define the club today.

Competing at the National Level

Ventura County Fusion’s First Team competes in the Southwest Division of USL League Two, one of the top pre-professional leagues in North America. Designed to develop elite players between the ages of 17–23, the league features over 70 clubs across the United States and Canada.

Fusion has established itself as one of the most respected clubs in the league, producing top-level talent while consistently competing for division titles and national championships.

Youth Academy

The Ventura County Fusion Youth Academy continues to be a cornerstone of the club, developing players ages 8–19 in a competitive and professional environment.
