A New Era for Girls Soccer at VC Fusion

“At VC Fusion, we are deeply committed to the development and empowerment of young female athletes through the beautiful game of soccer. Our recent acceptance into the prestigious Development Player League (DPL) marks a significant milestone in our journey towards excellence. This advancement not only elevates our program by exposing players to elite competition and professional coaching but also underscores our dedication to providing clear pathways for young girls to reach their highest potential in soccer. By joining the DPL, we are thrilled to offer our players unparalleled opportunities for growth and success, reinforcing our status as a leading force in the development of girls' soccer. Join us on this exciting path and be a part of a thriving community where passion for the game and player development are at the heart of what we do.”  Director of Girls Program Mike Elias

We are entering a new era at Ventura County Fusion—one built on expanding opportunities for players who aspire to progress into college soccer and beyond. While this pathway is an exciting and important part of our vision, it does not define the entirety of our mission. Our program remains rooted in inclusivity and is designed to support all players, regardless of their individual goals or competitive ambitions.

We take pride in being a club that develops not only skilled soccer players but also strong, character-driven individuals. Whether a player is pursuing a competitive future in the sport or simply seeking personal growth through team participation, they are valued and supported within our community.

Opportunities for advancement are available to those who express a clear passion for that path, and we are committed to providing the guidance and resources necessary to help them succeed. At the same time, we emphasize that the journey through our club is not defined solely by competitive milestones, but by the development of qualities that will serve players in all aspects of life.

Commitment, accountability, and a positive attitude are core values we uphold—not just for success on the field, but for the personal growth and confidence they foster off the field. These values are the foundation of our club culture.

We are grateful for the continued support of our players, families, and community. We look forward to building this next chapter … Together.
